Text messaging (SMS) program
Ondara sends transactional, conversational text messages only to people who have opted in. Consumers opt in at https://tryondara.online/sms-opt-in by entering their mobile number and ticking a consent box that is not pre-checked, or verbally during an inbound phone call when the agent asks whether they would like a text confirmation or reminder. No marketing content is sent on this program. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
